This is also where we run all of our circuit classes, including boxing, boot camp, and other high-energy group workouts designed to challenge and motivate you.

Reformer Room

  • 12 state-of-the-art Merrithew Reformers: offering a versatile and dynamic space for Pilates training. We run classes seven days a week, all guided by our expert Pilates instructors, ensuring personalised attention and effective workouts. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our Reformer room provides the perfect environment to enhance flexibility, strength, and posture.
