This class is for a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. This is a fun and challenging workout in a controlled environment

Our 30 minute Cardio Reformer Class, will keep your heart rate up, engage your core and challenge all major muscles of your body in just 30 minutes !


ABS & ASS Blaster

30 minutes of high intensity Pilates movements that is directed at your abdominals and glutes. You will need a towel, water bottle mat and fun energy! Then get ready to BURNNNNN !

Sweat with Sean

50 minutes of high intensity interval training with our strength and conditioning coach Sean Hopley. Bring a towel and your trainers because you are going to feel the heat!


This class is a high intensity boxing circuit run by Sean!
You'll be learning some challenging combos that combine boxing techniques and fitness throughout the class to get that body working a sweat by the end of the 50 minutes


JUMP Reformer

This cardio based Pilates is performed on the reformer and is a great way to burn calories and have fun at the same time!


Bootcamp is the perfect way to kick off your Saturday. This circuit style class will be sure to get your heart rate up and make you work sweat! 

Tight Ass Tuesday

Run every Tuesday at 6:30pm run by our trainer Sean, this circuit based class will make you work up a sweat and leave you feeling the burn after class !


Our circuit classes are some of our most popular classes here at Control. They provide your body with some much need cardio. This classes is a mix of weights an cardio for you to feel the burn after class

Mums & Bubs

This is a fully body workout conducted on the reformer, which focuses on strength, stabilisation and posture. Parents are welcome to bring their little bubs along.

This relaxation class includes exercises that increase your flexibility, increase blood flow to muscles, in a calm and relaxed environment
