Learn the skills, movements, and techniques from our coaches whilst also targeting your physical fitness, stamina, endurance, and mental discipline. Muay Thai incorporates using fists, knees, shins, elbows, and grappling techniques which you’ll learn over time

Muay Thai classes at Control are catered and available for all levels

Coaches Sean, Khan, and Rob will train you with all the skills and necessary techniques!

Muay Thai sessions run 6 days per week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:45 pm

  • Friday: 5:45 pm

  • Saturday: 8:30 pm
