HIIT Reformer

Our 30 minute class of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), will keep your heart rate up, engage your core and challenge all major muscles of your body

ABS & ASS Blaster

30. minutes of high intensity Pilates movements that is directed at your abdominals and glutes. You will need a towel, water bottle mat and fun energy! Then get ready to BURRRN!

Power Flow Reformer

This class is for a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more flexible. This is a fun and challenging workout in a controlled environment

Mat Movement

A 40 minute full body workout that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body. Great for any fitness level! Make sure you bring a water bottle cause you are guaranteed to SWEAT!

Mums & Bubs

This is a fully body workout conducted on the reformer, which focuses on strength, stabilisation and posture. Parents are welcome to bring their little bubs along.

Punch

Boxing with Sean. This is the perfect class for all fitness levels as it is the perfect fusion of cardio, strength and mind-body connection.

JUMP Reformer

This cardio based Pilates is performed on the reformer and is a great way to burn calories and have fun at the same time!

Form Class

A full body workout under the close eye of Pierre to watch your technique.

Stretch

This relaxation class includes exercises that increase your flexibility, increase blood flow to muscles, in a calm and relaxed environment
